Rarely, shoes may develop a fault after wearing and any item showing signs of a manufacturing fault will be replaced, repaired or refunded at our discretion. If you are returning a faulty pair, please make a claim via email and post the shoes back, ensuring you retain proof of postage.  Once inspected, any items that do not have a manufacturing fault will be returned to the customer. Worn shoes that develop slight cosmetic defects or where embellishments have fallen off after a period of 28 days will not be accepted for return by the manufacturer and therefore will not warrant an exchange or refund. ‘Scuffing’ is not caused by any fault in manufacture and therefore returns will not be accepted for scuffed shoes, however soon after purchase this occurs.


Please allow several days for your parcel to be received as Royal Mail do not consider a parcel to be 'lost' until 10 days have passed. If your order does not arrive or gets damaged in transit we will make enquiries with the postal service. Please allow up to 14 days for a resolution.


From time to time we may offer 10% off your first order and this can only be redeemed once. It is not permitted to use a different email address to receive the discount for a second time. If you do this we reserve the right to cancel the order or ask for full amount to be paid before we dispatch the item.


It is our policy NEVER to pass on customer’s information to a third party. All card details will not be accessible by us as we use the latest secure processing technology to protect all our customers.
